HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are finals, yet returns are accepted for eligible items (wrong items and damaged items). All efforts will be made to replace the items once the returned items have been received. In cases where a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
To check the status of your order, log into your account and click on “View Order”. When your item has been shipped, the status will change to “Complete”. If tracking is available, you will see a tracking code listed. In addition, you will receive an email notification whenever a status change on your order has occurred.
